Methodology

Every company has its way of building its products or services. We generate ideas - looking for the creative spark that will propel a client's business into the minds and wallets of its target audience. And we have a clear process to manage expectations and ensure consistent results. It is a multi-phased approach: Discover, Define, Design, Develop, and Deploy.

A solid brand foundation through research and creative development is a key part of our approach. So we start to Discover through candid interviews with individuals who know and influence the organization. With the insights we gather, we then Define the framework for the brand - messaging, tone, symbols, and other key elements. The Design process begins with color and images. We first cast a wide net. Then narrow the field, zeroing in on the images that capture the spirit of a client's brand and give it depth and power. Once we have the foundational look-and-feel in place, we Develop the marketing collateral - brochures, ads, and other promotional items for example, and Deploy it - website launch, postcard mailings, and email blasts for example; hitting the target market with unique communications that advance each client's business.

Client Involvement

We encourage our clients - particularly the main contact and stakeholder - to be part of the process. Our project management model typically entails weekly status calls with clients, structuring a healthy exchange of feedback and accountability.

In the end, great graphic and web design work solves a business need. Therefore, the successful implementation of our work is a tag-team effort, and we remain vested in each project, shoulder to shoulder with our clients to achieve the desired results.
